Is it possible, somehow, to allow multiinstances of flight strips from just one machine? We also seem to have lost the Scottish Control ICAO from the software :(

Hi

There was a problem where, if flight strips was closed, the process in task manager would say oppen so you couldn't open i again until you went into there and ended the process. I think that was fixed though.

In theory yes but I prefer preventing multiple instances for other reasons. Why would you want to run more than one?

Basically on the map function, you can only see the airport ground - as in taxiways, stands, etc for the airport you are controlling- So is there a way of displaying all grounds regardless of the position your in, because the traffic is still there. Scottish seems popular at the moment, and it would be good to be able to provide progressive taxi etc to aircraft other than just at Edinburgh. This way Scottish, responsbile for Edinburgh, Prestwick and Glasgow, could provide proper top down services.

So ideally what would be nice is that when you selected an ICAO such as EGPX, it knew that it needed to display several 'map' functions not just for one airport?

Hope this makes sense?

...or alternatively be able to log in to more than one flight strips, though it would appear on the website and datablock as "EGPH Edinburgh Control, EGPF Glasgow Control, EGPK Prestick Control" which I would assume would be a pain! So the Alternative "EGPX Scottish Control" Displaying several airports on the map would be the better option?

What about putting configurable tabs at the top?
