Just wanted to say hi to everyone and ask how do I get started. We have a wing that will be launching to the public shortly. We already have a server set up but unfortunatly it operates off gamespy and almost like clock work we get kicked within 4-5 days. I would love to set up a server that used direct ip to connect thereby not evern touching gamespy. We have tried FShost but found it very unstable when it comes to connection issues giving a lot of warping which is not good. I'm not sure if this is the same but thought I would ask and say hi as well.. Thanks Mark |

You can launch fsx as a server on its own without using gamespy. You just need to make sure users know your ip address. FSopen server can optionally be used to give you more control of your sessions. |
